Matt Chamberlain joined Think Worldwide in 2008, just as the business began to scale. Working closely with Lloyd, he played a key role in shaping the company’s logistics capabilities into a core strength.
Today, Matt leads on complex international shipments, managing high-value consignments and key customer relationships—including DLM and DTC—with dedication, speed, and integrity.
His expertise lies in navigating the intricacies of global logistics. He’s constantly quoting, coordinating with suppliers, and mapping out optimal routes—air or sea—to ensure every shipment arrives safely and on time. His ability to anticipate challenges and adapt to shifting requirements keeps operations running smoothly, even under pressure.
With specialist knowledge in dangerous goods, Matt brings a deep understanding of hazardous transport protocols. He works with detailed safety data sheets, selects the right service, and keeps shipments safe, compliant, and on track.
Over the past 16 years, Matt has supported every corner of the business—from packing and invoicing to driving and accounts—bringing a calm, capable presence and a commitment to getting things right. That hands-on experience has shaped his pragmatic approach and earned him a reputation for reliability and resourcefulness.
Outside of work, Matt is a keen fisherman and a proud football dad, cheering on his 14-year-old son from the sidelines. He’s also the owner of Barley, Think Worldwide’s resident office dog and unofficial Head of Culture & Wellbeing. A Christmas miracle turned full-time team member, Barley offers comic relief and reminds the team that even in high-stakes logistics, a little warmth goes a long way.
