Neil Cowdrey joined Think Worldwide in 2024 and quickly proved himself as a steady, trusted presence in the warehouse team. With a meticulous eye for detail and a deep respect for the high-value goods we handle, he oversees the flow of inventory—ensuring everything that comes in is carefully checked, securely stored, and ready for fitters to collect when needed. From organising stock to coordinating transfers between sites, Neil’s role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to maintaining our operational integrity.
He’s responsible for handling Dangerous Goods, including battery shipments, and played a key role in our recent warehouse expansion. Whether the pace surges or settles, Neil brings consistency, care, and a collaborative spirit to every shift. “I love it,” he says. “It’s the best job I’ve ever had. Everyone gets stuck in.”
Before joining Think Worldwide, Neil ran his own airport chauffeur business and spent 26 years in the taxi trade. In 2020, he transitioned to the warehousing and storage industry. The move to Think Worldwide offered a welcome change of pace—more balance, more teamwork, and a family-run ethos that suits him perfectly.
Outside of work, Neil is a passionate cook who spends most weekends in the kitchen. Known for his inventive flair and generous hospitality, he’s long since graduated from cookbooks and now creates dishes from instinct and imagination. One standout? Pork fillet on a bed of rhubarb—a Jamie Oliver-inspired favourite that’s become a signature. It’s the same instinctive precision and pride he brings to the warehouse.
Neil’s blend of reliability, enthusiasm, and creativity makes him a valued part of the Think Worldwide team.
